Fast shipping

We ship within 2 business days, provided the products are in stock and payment is received before 13:00. If a product is not in stock, it will be ordered and we will let you know. In that case, the delivery time can take 1 to 4 business days longer, depending on the day of the order.

We receive deliveries and ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Usually the orders are delivered on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday.

When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code, so you can track your shipment.

Discreetly and anonymously packaged

Your order will be delivered in an anonymous package without sender. You can also choose delivery to a PostNL location or evening delivery.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands

  • Letter post from € 1,58 (no track & trace).
  • Letterbox package with track & trace: € 5,34.
  • For parcel orders up to 15 kg you pay €7,60 shipping costs. For each additional 15 kg or extra box there is an additional €7,60. Shipping costs include VAT.

Note: You can choose to have your package delivered only to your home address and not to your neighbors. Although we pay extra for this service, it is possible that PostNL will still deliver the package to your neighbors. We are not liable for this and can only file a complaint with PostNL to prevent recurrence in the future.

Shipping costs to Belgium

  • Letter post from € 2,18.
  • Shipping costs for parcel post from €7,27. For each additional 15 kg or box €7,27 is added. Shipping costs include VAT.

Shipping costs to Germany

  • Letter post from € 1,80.
  • Shipping costs for parcel post from €8,50. For each additional 15 kg or box €8,50 is added. Shipping costs include VAT.

The actual shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and are calculated automatically during the ordering process. Shipping costs include VAT.

Shipping costs to other European countries

If the actual shipping costs are higher than calculated, we will contact you. These costs must be calculated separately per order and requested from our courier.

We are an Online Webshop

We no longer have a physical location, so it is not possible to come by for purchases. You can only order online and have your order delivered. Dutch customers can also choose to pick up their package at a PostNL location nearby.
