Application Sticky traps provide information about the presence of certain pests. This information is of great importance to determine the correct control strategy and the correct control time. Regular checks (1 to 2 times/week) and/or counting of the sticky traps is therefore necessary.

In crops that grow very high, such as tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers, the signal plates should be hung just above the top of the crop. This is where most pests first settle. As the crop grows, the signal plates can be hung higher to follow the growth.
For crops that grow less quickly in length, the signal plates can best be hung 20 to 30 cm above the crop (with the supplied suspension wires). Replace the signal plates as soon as large numbers of insects are caught on the plate.
