What to do in case of a damaged package?
If your package is damaged or the box appears to be opened upon delivery, report this immediately to the driver and refuse the package. If you do accept the package, take five clear photos of the damaged packaging at the door, in the presence of the delivery person. If possible, make sure the delivery person is visible in the background.

What to do in case of a damaged product?
Is the product you ordered damaged or does the packaging appear to be opened and parts are missing? Please contact us as soon as possible and send photos of the damaged item and packaging. This is the only way we can claim on our transport insurance.

How do I cancel a purchase?
Do you discover after purchase that you want to order a different product? Contact us within 14 days of receipt to cancel or exchange the purchase. Please note: the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

From the moment of cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product to us. Make sure the item is well packed, preferably with padding material, to prevent damage during transport. We will send you a return label by email that you can print out and use for the return shipment. The costs for the return shipment are for the customer. The package can be dropped off at a PostNL point. Keep the return receipt until we have received the shipment.

Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, minus the shipping costs. If we do not receive the product within 14 days, we will wait with the refund. Refunds are made via the same payment method that you used for the purchase.

Note: Light sources are consumables. The manufacturer does not guarantee performance, so there is no right to exchange or return in case of premature failure of a light source. Returns are only possible if the light source has not been used and is still in its original packaging.
